I'll go ahead and nominate the No Wave-inspired Killing Time by Massacre.



It's usually hailed as a RIO masterpiece and features instrumentation similar to that of noise rock and the No Wave scene... relatively aggressive, atonal/dissonant, exhibits strange time signature, etc. It is also often considered to be a precursor to math rock.
