I miss the prog rock so much I dusted off my copy of Close to the edge. But I can't talk, can barely keep up with the psychedelic stuff right now.

Has the new Flying Colors album been discussed? Because I think it is pretty grand.

I have sort of drifted away from this because of my journal. Don't count me in, but also don't count me out. If I feel like listening to an album, and posting my thoughts, I will. Don't want to make any promises though.

Of course you can. You can submit that album, sure (I have it but haven't got around to listening to it yet) but you'll have to take your turn in the queue, assuming anyone else is still interested.
Yeah it's hard to keep up with something like this when you have a journal to run. But think about me: I've SIX! Plus one with Batty! ;) We'll keep your slot open anyway.

Over a week since my last post guys. I know Ant is busy lounging around on yachts, but are we going on another album, are we still doing Shineback or has everyone lost interest?

Can someone just let me know, as I'm posting here and getting nothing more than a deafening silence, and I would not like to see this thing die as we hit our 100th page....

Maybe if we sacrifice a lamb all the peoplez will come back. :(

Sorry guys, my band has been chasing gigs and this is a really busy time for teaching and research. I've explicitly acknowledged that I don't have time at this point.

The problem is I really don't have enough time to contribute to a club on every album, I even struggle with time to get two entries in my journal sometimes.:D

I understand guys. I'm mad busy too.
Maybe if we put it on hold till the New Year? I have all my Christmas journal stuff coming up, after all...

So, this is closed for a bit, but when it comes back I'd love to take part.
I need to expand my prog world.

TH (and others) why don't you leave us with 5-10 songs (not artist or album) suggestions to check out at our own pace while we're closed. Then if we like a song, we can explore the album/artist more.

Yeah. Welcome back guys. I honestly don't know if I'm going to be able to fit this in now with all the extra work I've set myself. We'll see. Does anyone have an album to throw out? When you see my next (yes, I said next) idea for a journal, shortly, you'll know why I may not be able to devote the time needed to this...

Really, Trollheart, you should just compile all of your journals and publish them as a massive book. Like, Ulysses type length ;)

Also, I'll be all over this in October considering I'm doing prog metal in my journal. Bit far away, but I sure as hell will try and get this going again.

Well I would join this club if there was any continued interest but looks like I'm on the late bus.

I think we all just ended up with too many interests and projects. Unknown Soldier and Anteater are collaborating on a new journal, and also each writing their own solo, I have now ten journals to look after plus the update thread each week, and really I don't think anyone has the time any more to put into this, which is a pity as it really did go quite well. I'd be happy to try kicking some life back into it...

Anyone interested guys?

Wow, Trollheart, thats alot of journals. I usual never finish my first one lol
This site has a lot of really great features though like the 1001 threads.
