Small point US: "Crime of the century" is not their debut.
But of course, you knew that.
Just for anyone else who thinks it was: they had two albums prior to this, but it was their first commercially successful album.

I know its not, I've made the same mistake like a thousand times, I keep on calling it their debut even when I know its not.......I can't help myself.

Any more votes? The current status is

Supertramp --- Crime of the century --- 4 votes
Moody Blues --- In search of the lost chord --- 3 votes

Are we ready to call it, and move on to the next, or are there any further votes to be cast? It's not what you'd call a landslide, but then, none of the previous wars have been either...

Call it, we don't want the Moody's winning.

OK, no more suggestions from anyone so let me try one. NO, it's NOT a Marillion album! Although.... No, no!

It Bites --- Once around the world

vs

Touchstone --- The city sleeps

If anyone needs these albums let me know.
Get yer votes in guys!

I had heard neither album, so it took awhile for me to track them down and give a fair assesment.

Both are decent and after hearing the Once Around the World, I liked the harder sound of Touchstone a bit more.

However, when looking at the overall album, I think It Bites had fewer weak spots, and therefore:

It Bites gets my vote.

Forgot about this, I'll give them both a listen soon and will place my vote accordingly.
