I did enjoy the album...there was some really creative technical stuff going on there, which I appreciate. I'm definitely not averse to checking out their other stuff. Do you have a personal favorite?

Not gonna lie, I googled the band 2 songs in to see if it was.

My all time favorite album of theirs is Variations On A Dream (2003)

Every song on it is a gem. Including the one in this post.

Anybody better-informed than me about this band? I have to read a bit of this thread before I can post a comment....

I keep meaning to listen to them, haven't yet unf.

One thing I've noticed about your game though Lisna; it takes you to threads where you see posts from people who aren't around anymore and that's quite nostalgic, as well as a little sad. Mr. D00D, Manky, duga, Mojo, Jack ... I miss those guys.

Well, I've lived without Pineapple Thief until now, and I think I'll be carrying on the same way. Kiii's last rec, the track Bitter Pill, didn't sound like anything special to me - a kind of power ballad without much power.

^ Yes, that's a good point, Trollheart! I miss some of those guys too - especially Mr.D00D who joined about the same time as me. He was a nice guy, but afaik he never made a formal declaration of goodbye, never filled out a Permission to Leave form or returned his MB Member's card either.

They didn't thieve your heart, then?

We should summon him back to a tribunal to make him leave properly, then let him leave.
