Default Bands appearing in 60s/70s TV series or movies

Prog or psych bands.

(Prog will be difficult).

To get the ball rolling:

Mindbenders in "To Sir With Love"
Yardbirds "Blow Up"
Spencer Davis Group "Here We go Round The Mulberry bush"
Pyramids "Beach Blanket Bingo" (or one of those Funkchinello movies)

Alan Price (Animals, Georgie Fame) and band get a HUGE chunk of the action in the cult movie, "O Lucky Man".

Marc Bolan "Lets Boogie"
Pink Floyd "Lets Make Love Over London" (or something like that)

...
Oh oh!
I see I have misjudged this place.
Looking at main page of Music Banter the traffic is high...but here in the prog section its death.

I dont want to be answering my own threads.
That comes off as somewhat pathetic.

Oh well, yet another noob forum.
Its lonely for the Prog Masterman.

Well by all means please feel free to remove the "Prog Masterman" and his condescending attitude to a more prog-orienated forum.

I dont believe that course of action will change the current situation at this particular thread one iota.

Hehe well do as you please, but after skimming your posts and the way you are presenting yourself so far, I wouldn't expect a very pleasant ride.

All the best.

You are correct.
There is always that cold barrier of the Noob's thanklessness and even resentment/jealousy to be surmounted.

A task hardly worth the effort. Indeed an impossibility.

Bagg's is currently reading Thomas More's "Utopia".
In a letter to his friend, of the publishing of Utopia, More ( who was very careful with his words in public) has this surprizing comment:

"To tell you the truth though, I still have not made up my mind if I shall publish it at all. Tastes differ widely and some people are so humourless, so uncharitable, and so absurdly wrong-headed that one would probably do far better to relax and enjoy life than worry oneself to death trying to instruct or entertain a public which will only despise one's efforts, or at least feel no gratitude for them.....They are like rude guests who after a splendid dinner-party go home stuffed with food, without saying a word of thanks to their host."
