![]() ![]() Cosmic Krautrock is the best description for this band who sound like early Hawkwind and Floyd. Definite psychedelic stoner material. I only have their latest album MORBUS but that is enough to get me hooked. The video is not synced at all but you can definitely hear a Hawkwind vibe when it kicks in. Great stuff. * ELECTRIC ORANGE *

Baggs gots the first one( selftitled) from '92.
For all the talk that this is one of the very few TRUELY Krautrock-auraed neo bands around, I found it had more to do with Floyd . Still...pretty good. (But that drummer has to go.) Ive heard a later one which really put me off exploring anymore of their output since they were clearly starting to suck the **** of Dance/Techno-stink. But I hear "Krautrock From Hell" is a return to the style of the first release. |

Sula Bassana and Electric Orange got together to make a very good album. I highly recommend it, Jackhammer. It's self titled Electric Orange & Sula Bassana.
I don't think I have the Morbus album... I'll have to dig it up somewhere. |
