Jenghiz Khan
Jenghiz Khan - Well Cut, epic album man. The shredding on 'Pain' is freakin awesome.
|
A bit more info on this would have been better as I have just had to search for a while for the name as there was a Progressive/Technical Thrash band in the 80's called Genghis Khan so I had to double check.
New threads should be a bit more informative than one line and nothing else. |
ah yeh my apologies man Im aware there's a few bands with similar names
With the album name, Jenghiz Khan - Well cut it should bring up the right band. But basically they're a belgian band, blend of hard rock/prog/pyschedelia, among other things. They only made the one album, Well Cut 1971. I heard they made it in their basement or something man, it's got a unique sound to it, one of my favourites. |
Care to provide us some youtube links or something?
I'd go off in search, but it's your thread so you have to do all the work. ;) |
:banghead:well I would man but this lame-ass site keeps deleting my posts, so I dont have enough to post links yet :whythis:

Your best bet is to make meaningful posts that, in the context of this site, couldn't possibly be construed as garbage. Do 15 of those, and you'll be golden. Take your time though. No rush. ;) |
Trip to Paradise is the epic finishing song on the album. The whole album's got a nice flow to it. |
Baggs gots this on origional vinyl.
Just the other day it was reviewed on a prog/psych site. The reviewer didnt think too much of it. And I must say, nor do I. You can do much better than this when it comes to 70s hard/heavy rock. "Very ordinary songwriting. Somewhat like the UK blues rock scene ala Ashkan and Elias Hulk " |
