I just completed reading the book Comfortably Numb, which filled in a lot of holes for me in the Floyd story. I think after the read I have to say that Dark Side has recently become my favorite over the others, because I dont think I can separate the story behind the making of all those albums. DSOTM is the last and most cohesive of all the Floyd albums. They were still mates while making that album. I consider that the apex of the band. I LOVE ALL the Floyd albums, and having just recently aquired Rattle that lock, and Radio KAOS and soon Is this the life we really want? I have to say that I like everything to do with this band.
