I like many of the suggestions in this thread (wouldn't call all of them psychedelic) and I was surprised I didn't see King Crimson in any of the posts. I think these are some of the greatest psychedelic songs:

King Crimson - In the Court of the Crimson King (and many other)
Cream - Tales of Brave Ulysses
Pink Floyd - A Saucerful of Secrets, See Emily Play (and many other)
Beatles - Strawberry Fields
Jimi Hendrix - Purple Haze
Jefferson Airplane – White Rabbit
The Doors - The End
Velvet Underground – Heroin
Traffic - Paper Sun
Led Zeppelin – Dazed and Confused
