If you like satire, check out We're Only In It For The Money.

If you like good instrumental rock with jazz undertones or blues overtones (what does that even MEAN?), check out Hot Rats.

For something more sprawling and persona-defining, try Joe's Garage.

Other highly-regarded albums of his: Absolutely Free, Apostrophe ('), Freak Out!, The Grand Wazoo, One Size Fits All...

There are many more routes, but those ones are general enough for you to diverge off of them further.
