That's two or three albums proportional to how many the artist has released, which in most cases is what, eight? Ten? In Zappa's case that would make what, twenty, thirty or so?

Well my 1-2 comment (It was actually 3-4) was based on bands that are usually around for say 10-15 years.

How many albums does your typical 10-15 year band record? Probably not much more than ten, if even that.

I was thinking around 8 or 9
