I searched Cynic and found so many bands, is this the one you're referring to www.myspace.com/cynicofcynics because if so then they are fairly decent, not really what I was looking for but a plesent suprise.
King Crimson was really good, gonna need to find an album somewhere. |

If you don't die laughing at the lyrics and the overdose of wah wah, the first track, Dagobert Duck's 100th Birthday, is a stormer. Imagine Hendrix meets John McLaughlin meets Walt Disney meets Lenny Bruce. DO NOT download the rest of the album - prog it might be, cack it sure is. You can get it on Napster. You by Gong is cool in a hippy trippy way (Gomusic) and for a classic it has to be Floyd's Piper at the Gates of Dawn - at least that's easy to get! |
