I really don't know what you're talking about. I've listened to most of what Mahavishnu Orchestra has produced and the lot of it doesn't scratch the surface of their debut. I like
Birds of Fire, but admittedly it doesn't carry the same fervor all the way through as with the title track.
The Inner Mounting Flame is what drove me to enjoy jazz fusion in the first place, and I personally feel it tops everything anyone else has done within the genre.
