De-Loused is weak in comparison to their more mature albums. Too much ATDI remained in them. Don't get me wrong, it's a great album, it just doesn't in any way compare. Also Teflon is great and Ikey has really outdone himself on the whole album.
EDIT: also my personal preference.

Alright I keep hearing good things about this band for ages & have actually had 2 albums 'De-Loused In The Comatorium' (2003) & 'Frances The Mute' (2005) for ages but never got round to listening to them yet.
Anyway Im just listening to 'Frances The Mute' for the first time now & Im really enjoying it. I actually had previously expected them to be much heavier than they actually are. |
