They have one of the most energetic and brilliant drummers I've ever heard USE HIM PROPERLY YOU FUKRES.

They already have their sixth album recorded so maybe he'll do his epic 8/11 fills there.
Until then I'm really digging Desparate Graves.

I like Teflon, this is really good. It's so different, but that's what makes TMV good. I think you need to think of each album as a different entity. I'm digging the production.

Kind of a snooze-fest...but that's true of most of their post-Frances output.

Boring would be the last thing I'd call Bedlam.
Anyways I'm loving Ikey's parts in this album.

Yeah, I dug two songs on Bedlam, but you're right, compared to this it's like crack.

holy crap you're right, I felt there was something a bit off about the whole thing. He was godly :(

I'm guessing this will be a favourite of mine, it just needs tome time to grow. There's a lot going on here and that's what I like. It's not as instant as the other TMV albums, even if it is more accessible.

I think It's their best epic since Meccamputechture.
