I heard something about December. Guess not. I hope they return to Doppleganger form. Manipulator was just above average.

I like where they're going with their musical diversity..and I look forward to a very sick album. The Ghostship demos are my favourite tracks, and I cant wait to hear them re-recorded.

I like their general direction as well, I just thought Manipulator was inconsistent.

yes, they will be...Phantom on the Horizon will have re-recordings of all the Ghostship Demos. But enough of the TFOT discussion in The Volta thread.

The thing that reallly jumps out at you is how Cedric sings an octave lower(At least, haven't listened enough). Some vocal distortion as well.

New Volta cover song.. "Back up against the wall"
Apparently its a mudhoney cover but ive never heard the original..the drums are insanely sick, but the rest is kinda meh..PM if you want it.

I cannot believe that I have bypased this glorious band! Thanks to Lespaul, I am now a devoted fan. They truly are phenomenal.
