I once cleared like five people out of plug with this

This neon cityscape, parachute pants-wearing, Orange Julius-drinking, elevator music sounding-ass schlock is really appealing to me for some reason. Sanborn is a commendable horn player and all, and I like his work in Casiopea, but this stuff is bottom of the barrel. Yet I still like it. Does liking this make me like vaporwave via the transitive property?

The best 80's smooth jazz album (outside of Pat Metheny Group stuff of course).

Cheesy? You bet. Aesthetic? ****ing hell yes.

There's a really interesting video on smooth jazz from Vox you might want to check out sometime. Trust me, smooth jazz has a lot more musical value than people give it credit for. Especially the stuff that touches on fusion territory.

Sanborn is definitely one of the greats, but he didn't really hit his A E S T H E T I C peak til 1987's A Change Of Heart which happens to lead off with this stomper.

I'm not much of a Crue fan, but Zebra was pretty awesome.

If Motley Crue told me to vote Trump I'd have a hard time arguing.
