Stefani Promises Solo Record Will Be 'Scary'
This sounds like it will be cool...
No Doubt rocker Gwen Stefani has warned fans her upcoming solo album 'What You Waiting For?' will be hugely different from the rock outfit's music. The platinum blonde has been working on the new record with Outkast, Missy Elliott, The Neptunes and songwriter Linda Perry for nearly a year. And she says the results of her labor are so radically different from what her devotees have come to expect, she's "scared" for them. She says, "It has been really challenging, but over the last few weeks I have been able to turn a corner." "It is starting to feel like a record and I can see it coming together. I have loads of ideas and tricks up my sleeve so watch out. I'm scared for you." Copyright World Entertainment News Network 2004 |
