It's okay, loving Coldplay shamefully sounds like the kinda kink that would be okay with me, too.

Well, I'm glad no one has any problem with Gorillaz. Those guys are awesome.

I'm pretty sure there are even more people who are okay with Gorillaz than Blur on this site.

^ how i feel as well..

i like Gorillaz but to me they just make dance music, i can hear it in a club and enjoy it but aside from that i don't hear alot of depth in the music.

Blur at least for me has more depth but not alot either but i like their songs more than their Gorilla songs, i remember seeing and hearing the vid for song 2 when i was young and being blown away by how cool it was! Now im sick of the song but back then i really liked it, the Gorillaz never caused a huge impression on me like that.

Alright you're probably in the 'LAD' criteria:

- if you watch and try to emulate the british versions of Jersey Shore (there are many, they are horrible)
-if you want to talk about gyms, gains, lifts, reps, sets, curls, etc but haven't seen the inside of a gym in your life
-if you fake tan and buy your t-shirts two sizes too small
-if you like starting obnoxious football chants after having two beers
-if you spend more time taking buddy photos with other 'lads' than having your hands on a fine lady
- if you think Michelle Keegan is your dream girl
-if the idea of T in the Park (or your conception of what it should be) - drinking, birds, drinking, football chants, ****ty radio indie band - seems almost too good to be true
-if you refer to girls as 'birds' and wonder why you're never laid
-if you subscribe to the same wave of thought as Jeremy Clarkson
-if you cream yourself over pictures of fast cars
-if you think it's cool to try and soup up a Corsa
-if you hang around car parks with other car users to share in the mutual love of sitting around car parks with other car users
-if you say really dumb things like "big weekend with the lads, can't wait to get smashed, maga '14" with no hint of irony
-if you read Nuts or Zoo
-if you emit no original personality or redeemable characteristic traits
-if your life revolves solely around going to a god awful chain club at the weekends to meet and greet with Joey Essex
- if you're a mindless, generic clone.

Wait, so if that's a lad then what is a chav?

Aye, pretty much your douchebags.

a chav is generally an underclass person who's associated with such themes as underage drinking, smoking copious amounts of cheap cigarettes, wearing tracksuit bottoms, not knowing their fathers, using unintelligible slang, listening to happy hardcore and claiming benefit money from the governments.

They're found scattered across England and parts of Northern Ireland.

In Scotland, we have what are called 'neds'
Similar in species to their English counterparts but with a language of their own, a better fashion sense, always found with a bottle of frosty jacks or buckfast. They occupy local parks and street corners. They're primarily found in the Glasgow and Fife regions and are a damn side more entertaining than chavs.
