Couldn't find another thread so forgive me if there is one already...

Matt Corby. Began his career at 16 on crappy, reality talent show Australian Idol, then transformed into some awesome, raw singer-songwriter dude.

Shivers.

Anyone else a fan? I'm only just getting into his EPs after only really seeing him at live shows. Would like to see if anyone else has heard of him!

Here's the full version of Brother (as opposed to unplugged) if anyone's interested... this single is pretty big and mainstream over here but I like it.

He is pretty impressive. I wouldnt mind bringing him to my 4th of july cookout.

I have no idea what significance that holds but cool!

Yeah, I really love that cover too. I am looking forward to an album hopefully soon, all of his EPs are pretty impressive so far.

Are you referring to what I said about the 4th of July?

If so it is customary in Merica' to have a grillout and later a campfire before and/or after the fireworks. At least at campfires in Merica' typically someone who can play the guitar and sing does so around said fire.

His new song 'resolution' i really like. Better than 'Brother'. Don't get me wrong, Brother is a great tune as well. Wish he'd release a full album though.
