Default Did Any Of You Know What Pop Star Wrote The Song Grease

It was actually one of the Bee Gees and I'm sure everybody knows it was sung by the Four Seasons very own Frankie Valley.......What a great pop song at the time it came out!

I was pretty surprised when the DJ mentioned it prior to playing the song. I believe the record company also gave Frankie a fairly large necklace with a gold
record on it because of the amount of sales the record generated........

It was written by Barry Gibb. He was one of the many talented singer/song writers I loved from the 70s and 80s.

Been listening to the Bee Gees "How Deep Is Your Love" a lot lately. Just loved the smooth falsetto and lyrics of the song. Miss those types off songs...same with "Grease".

The young lads who were dressing in those 3 piece white suits around the disco era probably didn't realize their favorite dance band had a whole other career back in the 60s.......Lonely Days Lonely Nights, Gotta Get A Message To You, I started A Joke, etc etc etc..........
