What's your favorite and least favorite pop song on the radio right now?
 

For me, my favorite is "Starships" by Nicki Minaj and "Lights" by Ellie Goulding. Least favorite... there are a lot, but I can't stand "Where Have You Been All My Life" by Rihanna and "Glad You Came" by The Wanted. Also definitely over Gotye.

I only really hear the radio in my friend's car, but if I have to sit through We Found Love one more time, I'm going to be busting down some windows.

I don't like Top 40 radio, but my youngest siblings do and it drives me crazy.
Somebody That I Used to Know doesn't completely annoy me; but I hate hearing it every time the radio gets turned on. The new single from No Doubt isn't too bad, but I can't help wondering how long that will last. But I really dislike Payphone. It's my current pet peeve.

+1 for Payphone. HORRRRRRIBBBLLEEE. Without a doubt their most annoying single.

I hate pretty much anything Nicki Minaj and there is some Chris Brown too that I don't particularly care for... and don't forget Justin Bieber.

Cannot think of anything particularly that I like the sound of.

Since I just keep up on Top 40 pop via Vevo and a couple RYM users' singles ratings, I'll just list my favorites and least favorites of 2012 pop singles:

GOOD
Kitty Pryde: Okay Cupid (dunno if they play this on radio - probably not)
Justin Bieber: Boyfriend (one RYMer called this his "Cry Me a River" and I totally agree)
Lana Del Rey: Whatever singles she's been choosing, since I liked the album
Usher: Climax

Skrillex: Bangarang (perfectly on the cusp of good and bad)

BAD
One Direction: One Thing (disappointing given they had two cool 2011 singles)
Green Day: Oh Love (shoulda stopped with American Idiot, but in three albums, there'll have to be some decent material, I s'pose)

I like "Payphone" by Maroon 5.

And I can't stand anything by Rhianna. She really is out KC & the Sunshine band.

least favorite... probably Starships or Payphone. idk. there's a lot that i don't like.

Absolutely love Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO and Dynamite my Tao Cruz.

But I absolutely can't stand "Call Me Maybe". I wish that song was never written. Doesn't even make sense. How can a girl meet someone for the first time and it's crazy, and give them their number right then. And how can all the boys chase her? It's just a bunch of nonsense.

Payphone is great, and so is Call My Name. Starships has to be the most annoying.

I hate Bieber, but I heard boyfriend at a party ended up liking it.
I hate One Direction- I wish Backstreet boys could make a comeback these new boy bands are awful.
