Ya know, I get it when people like music for the beat, but if your listening to Lana and artists like her because you like their beats idk wtf you're thinking.

I still appreciate her slower stuff to an extent, but her music was way more catchier on Born To Die and Paradise. A good 3/4 of the new album is all slow ballads that just don't capture my attention.

I still love the atmosphere in her music, but it was just better on her first two releases. Ultraviolence and Honeymoon not only have less beats, but even the retro atmosphere is heavily reduced. Overall, most of her new stuff is just too slow and boring compared to her debut.
