She can't sing a note but she's bathed in star power and talent. "Ultraviolence" is amazing.

She is a very good singer, I have seen her perform awesome vocals in live videos. She just doesn't always seem to care or be in the right frame of mind. She looked pretty NOT sober during her Glastonbury performance.
But that made it even more interesting for me. |

This might be it (and the other parts)

Pardon me, non-pop guy coming through, but I feel like chipping in.
There's something about her that I kinda like. I'm trying to put a genre to her I've been told indie, blues, jazz, pop, 70s revival. In any case, I'm intrigued and want to look into it. I pretty much never listen to mainstream music cause most of them are forgettable "party" songs. Maybe it's because she reminds me of Delain, which I already like for years. The sound is quite different but the mood is about the same. |
Lana wearing a Rolling Stone cover featuring the lovely Twin Peaks ladies? Call it an avatar.

I love Lana del ray. My favorite song of her is young and beautiful. It's one of the better ones compared to that one but the music video is still wierd...

I'm a big fan of Lana Del Rey. You should check out her unreleased stuff, it's on YouTube.
Right now my favourite song of Born To Die is either Blue Jeans or Without You. And from Ultraviolence i love Florida Kilos and Sad Girl Sometimes her live performances aren't that good. I guess it's because she gets very nervous before/during her live performances. But that's what makes her performances unique |
Forum rule 591.5 states quite clearly: If spammers are only here to praise Lana Del Rey, Goofle will allow it.
