but god that song you posted totally turned me off from every listening to them again |
To be honest, I never heard of them until I saw Eurovision. And when I saw them...well their music performance reminded me of some kind of insane commercial for Red Bull. Admittedly the song was catchy but I think the Dustin the Turkey was a better entry a while back in terms of originality. The fun thing is that my country gave Jedward 12 points so there must be some merit in the song...
But hey, we sent Eric Saade and he was not that much better IMHO (pity he could not break all four glass panels). And we made third :). |

When I heard Lipstick I just wanted to hurt both of them in the worst ways possible. The only reason why I watched Eurovision in the first place was this song:

They have more in their bank accounts than myself and in this day and age of facile media attention who can blame them? Probably set up financially for life already.

Wrong. I really do think Lipstick is a great pop song, as can be seen from my last.fm charts.
