My old art teacher got lumbered with a 5th year when I was in 6th year. Guy was hailed a legend for shagging a teacher. One if our computing teachers hit my friend. Punched him. No lies. There's a massive scandal going on between the head teacher and my old modern studies teacher, because the (new, wasn't there before I left) head left his wife and young kids for her. I honestly went to a reputable school .

Wow, I was thinking it was going to mean 'hit with a piece of wood' or something, or the same meaning as we have for 'getting lumbered' witch is like being forced to spend time with someone you dont actually want to, you 'got lumbered with them'. A bit like you in this thread with me
