I think it's really annoying that people think artists have to play an instrument to be talented. He can sing and he can dance.
Most people CAN'T dance that well, and so he's talented.
I think that people just get pissed over the fact that there is way more talent that deserves attention rather than this little brat.
Me? I just learned not to care too much.

Okay well the "way more talent" just needs to try harder to get discovered. I'm sure they're not complaining. Justin Bieber is just more widely appreciated cause his music is fun.

do you have any idea how difficult it is to get 'discovered' as a musician? breaking into the mainstream depends much more on pure luck than talent, and it's mostly about who the record companies and media think is the most marketable. and about his fun music, i'll bet anything he didn't even write that garbage

Honestly, I think you two are too easily impressed. I bet you there are local singers, drama students, musicians, dancers, etc who have just as much, if not more, talent than him.
It's not JUST playing an instrument. It's being able to compose interesting new material. It's being able to coordinate with other musicians. I bet you ten million dollars you can search on youtube immediately and find unheard ofs who can sing and dance better than Bieber.
