Lets not be exaggerating here, Led Zeppelin owe their career to blues artists and not to the Beatles, Rush started off as a Zeppelin type act before switching to a Yes prog style, so not much Beatles in there, errrr Metallica well I'd be grateful if you could describe the link there and Pink Floyd are probably the only band that you've mentioned, that could in any way be linked to the Beatles, but they are probably closer to a number of mid 1960s' psychedelic acts than they are to the Fab 4.

Surely you must be fed up by now, of trying to convince the world that the Beach Boys were as good as the Beatles, hell the Beach Boys weren't even as good as the Byrds!
