i'm also disappointed in your lack of Soundgarden in your list of good 90s stuff. Toadies, for real?
Forgot to put it in my list. Doesnt mean I'm not a fan. The list in my signiature is a list of albums which are the most important to me based on personal reasons.

Well, like a lot of popular music today I don't understand the appeal. I guess people that like this music are mostly children (Well, heck so am I, but you know little kids.) at least I hope they are. Anyway, my thoughts on him is, its got zero passion or soul, very little skill, and honestly just annoying and makes me hate what music has turned to more and more each time I hear it. I'm not saying all of today's popular acts are garbage, but for the most part I feel that's true.

still don't understand the hype around him, but guess he just molded into a gap in the market

I love how it looks like he's pretty much going to cry his eyes out... but then he sees the cameras.

Ahaha that made my day - am I a bad person for saying that?

I reckon the best bit is the gramps inflected "Yo homes, smell ya later"

For some reason I thought I was posting in the funny yt vids thread but I guess Bieber alone could populate that anyway.

Ha ha! That was a funny Popeye video! I was imagining that Bieber grows up to be this man, which makes the solemn theatrics even funnier.

I saw Bieber perform on American Idol last week, and I paid attention since I was curious about him after reading this thread. I actually thought he didn't do too badly. He sang some simple love song.
