So my friend's cousin (or friend or something) goes to the same high school that Justin Bieber went to (I think he moved to the States since becoming famous), and said that everyone hated him/made fun of him.

But he doesn't just sound 12, he actually looks it too. I guess he's just a "late bloomer," but still, this is bordering on pedophilia.
