From what I've heard, Ke$ha is okay. None of her songs really stand out to me except for Tik Tok.

We Are Who We Are is actually a pretty good pop tune. Everything other of her singles I've thought were pretty mediocre though.

I still think Take it Off is terrible and I've given it plenty of time to grow on me. We Are Who We Are is catchy though, and although my old room mates old fuck buddy played Tik Tok a million times when she visited, I still like the tune.

She may not be that bad. And my friend met her former bodyguard, he says she's quite the business woman, that her actual self is completely different than the self she puts out for everyone to see. I mean she's popular right now, isn't she? I have a feeling that if people get sick of what she's putting out, she'll be able to change it in a second.

I would think that pretty much anyone could sound like her with the right sound equipment...so my answer to the above would be...anyone really. She just is not doing anything unique imho.

I've tried, really hard, to like Ke$sha.
All my students like her, and a lot of them want to sing her stuff, I just can't being myself to do it; it's just too empty and void.
And, even when she's not auto-tuned, she's still bland and boring.

why are people always talking down autotune like it's such a negative thing. Sure it's a bit of a handicap but some people use autotune to create a certain sound for some songs and it works.

Kesha is an interesting artist in terms of personality and style. "Tik Tok" is a great song but I haven't really taken a liking to any of her other songs, including the current one.

If you don't like commercial pop music, take precautions to avoid hearing it or something. Jesus. Its not that bad. If you hate it and you have to listen to it at work, get better coworkers or your own iPod. The people that talk about how much of a dumbass Ke$ha is don't understand that she's making fun of the white trash party girl stereotype thing. I don't know if she's like that IRL. I could honestly not give a fuck. This song is fantastic and I can't get over it. Its really good, catchy, brilliant commercial fucking pop music. I love it I love it I love it and its corporate as hell and soulless and ridiculous and IDGAF.

yeah I'm really liking that but I'm not in the mood to listen to Ke$ha much lately. I did put it on repeat at least 3 times though.
