Fans were offered the choice - they could get a refund or request to have a ticket sent out anyway to keep as memorabilia.

You're funny. xD

I would just be upset I didn't get to see it, you know?

same happend for Oasis fans in Murrayfield, a group of my friends went down.. and kept their tickets even though they could send them back and get their money back, they later found out if they had sent the ticket back they would have got a signed oasis cheque. idiots! haha

I think they printed some holographic tickets to keep as souvenirs. I'm sure there are people who figured the money was long gone anyway and would rather have that.

For MJ that is, if it was Oasis i would have had my money back and gone the next time.

Archival material... come on, they did it to Jeff Buckley, and they made a whole double album out of it... there's gotta be some tapes and / or files somewhere...

As far as I'm concerned it goes Off The Wall>Thriller>Bad>the rest.

So far new MJ releases are not really looking good. I think the best any fan can hope for in such a situation is unreleased material that the artist actually did want people to hear. So far theres a double album on its way for the film but the details of which don't sound like anything to really give a shit about.
