ugh, one thing that really annoys me about her is that she keeps saying in interviews that she's "never even heard a Jay-Z song before"

LMAO. She probably doesn't even know who Jay-Z is then... Blindly singing a song that mentions a person she doesn't even recognize the work of.

The song's catchy though

Yeah, she doesn't know he is.
I don't know if she should have admitted that, but she was kind of cornered.
The interviewer was like, "What Jay-Z song were you referring to in 'Party in the USA?'"
And she said she didn't listen to Jay-Z, that she didn't know pop music.

How embarrassing.

Yeah, the ego mountain of Bono is at least initially based on good music.... although of late there's alot flotsam and jetsam mixed in...
