I think it exposes them more as diverse musicians. I can't say I like all the songs on there, either, but it takes a wide-range of talent to mimic some of those songs like they did. I don't see it so much as 'Here are the songs that we like', but BTBAM presenting to their fans the influences and appreciation for the songs/bands they covered. I'm sorry you couldn't appreciate this album as I did, but everyone has their opinion.

Yeah, it's a killer cover. I actually wish he played it live when I saw him here in Sydney. I did however get an awesome, one in a lifetime, Steve Irwin dedicated Rock This Bitch, considering he only died days prior. In Between Days is like my second favourite Cure song, the first being, going for the cliche here, Just Like Heaven. Also, on that note, I want to add another awesome cover. Dinosaur Jr.'s cover of Just Like Heaven. I don't think you'll like it though, considering you don't like Sonic Youth.

I enjoy Metallica's cover of "Stone Cold Crazy" simply because of how James' vocals are so out of place.
Stone Cold Crazzzy y'know.
