What I hate about what a lot of people (that I hear from anyway) when they talk about Gaga is how they find her so unattractive. She never claimed to be hot and never really tried. People need to get over their Sarah Jessica Parker syndrome (the need to dislike a famous and talented woman because she doesn't follow mainstream norms about what is attractive nor tries to be 'typically' attractive within the business)

I think when people look for things to dislike about a famous person, looks is always one of the things because it's what you see first. And, generally, people don't know much about that person beyond looks.

Yet she exposes herself in every msic video like a lingerie model. She uses her body as a tool to the same degree as your average contemporary r&b star.

Yeah but at the same time she's wearing some weird sh*t like covering herself with Kermit the Frog puppets (wtf), stuff like that makes it seem like she's trying really hard to make herself as unattractive as possible, if all she cared about was selling her sex wouldn't you think she'd make herself more uh... accessible?
