Wasnt Bad Romance ment to represent Human Trafficing? With her being drugged and sold to the highest betters and stuff?

Just watched Alejandro. It seemed to move pretty slowly for the first few minutes an then they just started dancing and that heart? on the pillow. I liked it, not sure I loved it though. It was very intense, not fun like the Telephone video. This one had lots of meaning behind it.
