So then what's the problem here? How is she anymore slutty than most of the other artists out and popular? I don't even like Lady Gaga, but this just doesn't make sense.

Nope. I have no issue with Lady Gaga appealing to the gays. In fact they are one of the reasons why Lady Gaga has a large fan base. I have no issue. Madonna also got her start because of the gays.
