"self-indulgent" - that's precisely the problem with Gaga's most recent album. I think if she doesn't rein that in, her fan base will shrink down to almost its core within a few years.

Lady Gaga is so overrated. I don't know how this fool could be considered the greatest artist ever when problems are occuring with this fool. Lady Gaga can not win anything valuable. Lady Gaga's only really important song is Bad Romance.

I don't know why people bother saying any of this, especially when it comes to pop acts. All of it is subjective, and I don't even bother with a good deal of popular music, mainly because it doesn't do anything for me. The only thing I really wish people would do is not take music so seriously, especially pop music. Taking someone's music too seriously can do a lot of negative things, it can build barriers between people, it can also cause one's views on music to become skewed.

TL;DR: Just don't take it seriously, man. All that matters is what you like.

PS. Yes, I sometimes go on crazed rants, but right now I'm thinking clearly and logically.

I wouldn't say Bad Romance is her only worthwhile song, but i would say it's among her best. The song Born this Way was actually really interesting in sound and influence, and a couple of the songs on the album are alright, like Judas, but the album as a whole could've been more thought out.

The important question is not whether you like her music or not, but whether you would or not?

Fair point. But Lady Gaga's Monsters Delux Edition was a better than her original Monsters album and her second album Born This Way. Way better in fact. That is where there are two great songs which are Telephone and Bad Romance. I can not get enough of those two songs. Those are Lady Gaga's great songs. Well in my opinion. I also like Lady Gaga's hair. That song is alright. But Lady Gaga needs to make another song like Bad Romance.

Yeah, "Judas" stands out. I think it's better lyrically and musically than the other singles from Born This Way. However, without the potential to be a huge hit like "Telephone" or "Bad Romance," which might be her best songs.

Bad Romance is a way better song than Judas and You & I combined.
