She's using a biblical metaphor. Basically Judas is the evil and dark side inside her which leads her into sin, whereas she knows she should be following a moral and righteous life as Jesus did. But the temptation in this world is too much for her even so. It's her way of saying she's a flawed human being.
I got that basic jist but I guess I was reading a bit too much into it and thinking something else because she mentions that when Judas comes back she will worship he pretty much and that's not how it works....Judas is long dead and gone.

I do. I love Bad Romance, Monster and Alejandro. Wasn't a big fan of Brn This Way and this song seems to be going the same way.
Okay all good just checking. Well each to their own. I love it. Some say it's a similar hook to Bad Romance. She does have a signature style but I don't believe that has ruined the song.
