She's in love with her evil side? Judas isn't even alive and how is she speaking in the future tense like he's coming back to earth or something.

She's using a biblical metaphor. Basically Judas is the evil and dark side inside her which leads her into sin, whereas she knows she should be following a moral and righteous life as Jesus did. But the temptation in this world is too much for her even so. It's her way of saying she's a flawed human being.
