I think probably a combination of amused and humiliated...probably more amused. I don't know how Lady Gaga would feel, but I think since she seems very interested in people's responses to the human body and the judging of it, she would be interested to hear a discussion of any aspect of how she represents herself in photos.

I feel it is natural that people don't just consider artists' music but also wonder about the rest of them...especially when, with Lady Gaga, her body is a big part of what she uses to sell her music. Are you feeling that it is disrespectful to discuss the appearance of her or anyone's breasts?

On one hand, this would mean people care enough to actually discuss said saggyness, but on the other hand, why the **** would people be discussing boob saggyness?
Well, kayleigh first wondered about it. Then *I* wondered, since I would be surprised if Lady Gaga's breasts are saggy, since she is only 24! Then I got curious. And when I get curious, I like to find things out!

Also, I think the issue of how culture deals with women's bodies and aging is interesting, since generally aging women seem to be judged much more harshly than men when it comes to attractiveness.

No no...not at all. I just found it very humorous. At the same time, it also shows how intensely under the microscope these big time celebrities are. There aren't many people who would warrant a boob saggyness discussion.

I agree with you that women are judged much more harshly than men when it comes to aging. I guess we got lucky. I hate to boil things down to raw instinct, but I think it has something to do with the fact that the older a woman is, the less chance she will produce viable offspring. On the flipside, the older a man is the longer he has survived "the wild" so to speak, and the more fit his offspring will be.

Not to get the discussion all serious or anything. Ewwww saggyyyyy

I think they're saggy because of shots like these...

Oh, good. I didn't want you to feel offended, duga, and I couldn't tell from your tone.

You're probably right in some ways...though actually I should think that women who want to make an evolutionarily wise choice would still want a younger male, because I've read that as men age their sperm start to have more and more defects, so the children of older men (just like of older women) are more likely to have genetic defects.

You are definitely right that the older a woman is, the less chance she'll produce viable offspring...so younger people are usually considered more attractive and it makes sense that signs of aging (sagginess) are considered less appealing.

I think it's cool, though, that Lady Gaga is wearing that funky pink dress and just letting herself hang like she really is! She seems comfortable enough with her body to not be self-conscious (it appears), and I like that quality of hers.

Oh, I don't know...maybe the world isn't changing that much in taking us from Bob Dylan songs to Lady Gaga's.

Bob Dylan:
"I wanna be your lover, baby, I wanna be your man
I wanna be your lover, baby
I don’t wanna be hers, I wanna be yours."

Lady Gaga is apparently 5'1". This makes me feel happier about being a shortass!

Hmm, I'm very, very short myself and so I like the idea of there being music artists who are super short too (reppin'!), but I just can't buy she's 5'1"...........she looks nearly as tall as Beyonce in both of their music videos. And both have heels of similar lengths from what little you can see. I'd have to see some kind of proof or confirmation directly from her. This is like when I heard Shakira is supposedly 4'11".........that also seems completely far-fetched given any time she's near others in videos (again, i.e. like Beyonce) they seem not to be TOO different in height. And I have yet to hear confirmation from them either.

As for her "saggy" boobs.....I haven't really seen proof even though I have heard a lot of conversation about this on other forums and postings about Lady Gaga's body. I don't know I haven't seen anything overwhelmingly "OMG SAG!!!".....even the picture above doesn't seem TOOO bad. I've seen worse IRL, definitely, and from females younger than she is. Anyway, clearly her better asset is her booty.

She is only 23 or 24, that's pretty young. And that is quite a bit of sag for a 24 year old.
