Best Female Vocalist? (singer, debut album, African, solo, youtube)

I was listening to a 90s playlist on Spotify the other day, and several songs from Jagged Little Pill were played. I was little when this album came out, so I don't really remember all the hype about it. It's got some great songs on it, and great lyrics. So, Alanis Morrisette is definitely one of the best female vocalists out there. Hands down.
