Anyone mention Deniece Williams yet? I mean dang, she can reach those rediculous notes.. she was a soul/disco/R&B singer in the 70s, 80's, maybe early 90's too? Yeah that might be my pick but there are so many others... Melba Moore too from back then. I doubt there's 1 single female singer that could out do all the others, it's gonna come down to everyone's personal preference.
