Default Big Audio Dynamite

Anybody ever heard this band? It was Mick Jones' band that he formed after getting his arse chucked out of the Clash. They had a few good songs, among them E=MC2.

Rock/ metal? Sorry gotta move this baby. I know Urban is a fan. I think I had their first album on cassette when I knew nothing about music. (some would say the same now!)

loz. why's it not rock! It sure rocks more than a lot of bands trivially classified as rock.

I love this song Jalen and you have gone up in my esteem!!
I met Jones in a pub in Camden Town in the early 90's when britpop dominated the area and I even helped liam up when he fell over on the way home. I thought he was johnny Ramone at the time.
This song is brilliant I have it on video for years. Don Letts wrote a lot about them and their New York royalty tour when they ran New York as the Clash.
I love this song especially the lines from the film performance with Mick Jagger when he says "I don't think I'll let you stay in the film business" rings a bell with me!!!
Great post Jalen.

Wouldn't call myself a fan. I like a few songs.

First time I heard them I was a bit disappointed. I was expecting something a bit more hard hitting with people like Don Letts & Mick Jones involved.

haha my roomate is the biggest clash fan ever and he has 2 BAD records and that they are. very dated sound. my fav song of theirs is the one in Big Daddy. When I think of mick jones i don't think of anything hard, i think of the more poppy clash songs with good melodies.
