i love my chemical romance, their first album is really good. and i agree with you, who cares if people dont like them. its not going to make you stop, right? and if you do stop, thats just lame of you.

I went to my last band concert of the year for freshman band today before I go into Senior Symphony Band heheh.....but Jazz Band played before us and the bass player's name is Jake O., he's probably one of the best bass players I've ever heard, beats the hell out of most.

Frost, i have yet to hear anything positive out of you. yes, maybe MCR does suck in your opinion . But let people listen to what they want to listen to. you may think its crap, while other people may think its the greatest thing in the world. personally, i dont think they are all that great. they arent horrible, and i dont mind listening to them, but they have a lot more of a reputation than they are worth. but still, dont bash peoples opinions just because they dont like what you listen to.

I got into MCR from their new stuff, I hadnt heard their first album until I heard their second. Now, I prefer the first, just because its more like the style of music I listen to.

I dont know how else to answer the question "why do you like them"... I dont know why, their music just catches my attention.

You know, this is all getting kinda funny. Its now becoming more popular (at least on the forum) to hate on MCR than it is to like them. Its the minority to like them, so that must make it cool (at least to the people that think that anything this is 'popular' must be bad).

I have a spectacular idea! How about instead of hating on a band, you go and listen to whatever band you do happen to like. Then, come back when you have something good to say!
