The Smiths were great. Morissey's voice was always haunting yet very cool.

Well, in my continuous effort to educate myself musically, I've taken it upon myself to hear his entire solo work. I made it to Vauxhall and I and by God, I need a break because that has to be a few of the most painfully boring hours of music I've heard (with the exception of November spawned a monster and Every day is like Sunday). I've fast forwarded to You are the Quarry just to see if there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it does seem to be slightly less dull. But crikey, did he ever need Marr or what?? I suppose there's some appeal to him lyrically but I rarely pay attention to them...:|

If you don't hear from me in the next few days, I've slipped into a boredom induced coma.

Is it true that Morrissey considers himself to be asexual? I heard that somewhere...

Did anyone catch this?
''The follow-up to 'Years of refusal' is ready and fluttering wildly against the bars. There is still no record label and the years shuffle like cards. My talents do not lie in DIY.''

Of the Morrissey fansite True-to-you.net?

I'm really looking forward to it.

Also seeing him live the 16th of July at Hultsfredsfestivalen, hoping for epicness.

Anyone heard streams of his new album yet? It's actually really great! The instrumentation is lush and eclectic, the songwriting is solid, and Morrissey still has his fighting spirit.
