Thought this might be of interest to Morrissey fans here.
It's a photo of Salford Lads club (from the Flickr site) taken by a local man.
Smiths fans will recognise it from the inside cover of 'The Queen Is Dead' album.
Note the slogan on the side of the ice cream van.

With any luck i should be doing the 'Salford Pilgrimage' next year, as my mate is going to Salford Uni and says we should do it. Can't wait, i'll have to plan my pose at some point...

Last year Salford Lads Club was voted the 3rd most iconic building in Britain. Which is pretty impressive.
