Heh...I forgot about Durand Durand as the origin of DD's name.

When I first heard them, I didn't know anything about the group other than their music, which was catchy but not very satisfying for me because so many of their songs sounded nice but seemed to lack emotion. Nice ear candy, but I wanted more from a song.

I listened to "Girls on Film" again and *did* think, like Necromancer said, that it has a nice bass line.

Edit: "Skin Trade" - didn't like much. The singing reminded me of Prince, which I hadn't expected.
"White Lines" - didn't like either. Kind of reminded me of George Michael's music.
