I think Christina Aguilera would be a perfect fit for the crooner's genre. (if there is such a thing). She has wonderful command of her voice, and has true depth and range. Her vocals are very powerful.

If she chose, she could be right there in the class with Etta James, Dinah Washington, Billie Holiday, etc. That's how good she is.

I have loved her voice since I first heard it. Trouble is, I can't stand what she sings. Now, finally, she is singing something I can listen to. I love that song "Ain't No Other Man". It's soulful, with a really funky edge to it. It conjours up visions of James Brown.

Christina absolutely killed at the VMAs. She upstaged all of the huge musical productions with a gorgeous ballad.

Her Album is ok in my eyes. Still should have got Scott Storch to help make better music. She has the voice but the music was lacking.

Christina Aguilera is a good artist overall but to me she is leaning toward the hip hop side of things. Her album is pretty good with 2 hit singles on it now "Hurt" and "Ain't No Other Man"

I bought my mother the new album and she loved the song "Ain't No Other Man." She listens to it over and over again and it starts to get annoying after a while.

Never got the big deal with her voice, it just grates if you ask me.
