i was listening to their latest single thinking it was some remixed or new release beegees song, but it's still pretty good.

Yeah, that's right... the SS cover of "Comfortably Numb". Could be one of my favorite covers, EVER!!!

I listen to a Scissor Sisters album, and it makes me wonder if there is a little *** man trapped inside my gigantic heterosexual body!!

they're pretty good, but i can't stand watching they video of the "i don't feel like dancing" song. I just hate it, it ruins the song for me

Scissor Sisters are fun. They have a bit of Queen in them (no, I don't mean that sort of queen) but with more danceability. I don't think they create masterpieces, but they make enjoyable pop, IMO.

I am quite partial to their debut. Just good kitschy pop. However by the time the poor second album hit, they had outstayed their welcome.

I read they are considered 'too camp' for an american audience. Noel Gallagher called them music for squares. There just glam and disco mixed up in a giant pop blender with some vaudeville and flamboyant imagery.

lol when I studied abroad in 2006... the Scissor Sisters were huge in Florence and London!! Love their songs... good memories and fun to dance to
